Pureed Kale Curry

How to make PureedKale Curry

Prep Time: 3 minutes|Cook Time: 15 minutes|Serves: 1

2 cups kale leaves, chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic paste
2-inch ginger sliced, shredded
¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 green chili
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ cup water

1. In a blender, add the kale with the water and the green chili, blend
to a puree.

2. Now heat the oil in a frying pan and add the ginger and garlic,
sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add the kale and sauté for 5 minutes or until its color changes
slightly.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt, simmer for 15-20 minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy.
