How to make MangoIce Lollies

Prep time: 5 minutes | Makes: 4

8 oz frozen mango chunks
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 cup water
¼ cup (1 scoop) plain protein powder
cup unsweetened almond milk

1. Add the mango chunks, plain yogurt, plain protein powder, and
almond milk to a food processor. Blend until smooth and no bits
remain.

2. Use a spoon to portion out the mango mixture into 4 popsicle
molds.

3. Freeze for at least 6 hours, covered, or freeze for up to 6 months.
