How to make Kaleand Quinoa Soup

1 medium onion, sliced into slivers
1 pkg. smoked sausage of your choice, sliced
2 cans (14.5 oz. each) reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 lb. kale, stems removed and rinsed

1. Spray a deep skillet with nonstick spray and
heat it on the stove.
