Cauliflower Soup

How to make CauliflowerSoup

Prep Time: 35 minutes |Cook Time: 20 minutes |Serves: 4

1/2 head cauliflower, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
15 oz. vegetable stock
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

3. Add the cauliflower and broth and stir well. Bring to a boil.

4. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with garlic powder,
pepper and salt.

5. Blend the soup with a blender until smooth.

6. Serve and enjoy.
