Peanut Butter Glaze Recipe is a sweet peanut butter glaze, great on top of pastries or brownies and especially Danishes

Ingredients:

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp cream cheese

1/2 cup peanut butter preferably smooth

1/2 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup milk

Method:

Whisk together all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.

Add a tablespoon or so more milk if it seems too thick to drizzle.

Drizzle over cake such as chocolate cake or vanilla ice cream makes 2 cups
