Trail Mix

Trail Mix Recipe is a great lightweight snack food often used for long hikes. Its ingredients provide both short and long term energy.

Ingredients
1 cup Any whole grain cereal
¾ cup Raisins
½ cup Roasted peanuts
¼ cup Sunflower seeds
¼ cup Dried cranberries
¼ cup Chocolate chips
Yield: 4 servings, 3/4 cup each

Method:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix in a large bowl.

2. Store in an airtight container. Yield 4 servings
