Ingredients
12 oz Whole asparagus spears
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
¼ tsp. Pepper
1/8 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Wash and trim the bottoms of the asparagus spears and place them in a single layer in a roasting pan.
3. Sprinkle with the pepper and paprika. Place in the oven and roast for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the asparagus from the oven and place in a serving dish. Drizzle the asparagus with the vinegar just before serving.
