No Bake Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

No Bake Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe  is provide enough fiber and protein to make a good snack without driving your calorie count up.

Ingredients
1 cup Sugar
4 oz. Butter
½ cups Low-fat milk
1 cup Oats
½ cups Raisins
½ cups Chocolate chips
Yield 12 servings (two cookies per serving)

Method:
1. Put the sugar, butter and milk in a pot and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to cook for
five minutes.

2. Turn off the heat and add the oats and raisins and mix them in.

3. Add the chocolate chips and mix again.

4. Drop tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper.

5. They will stiffen as they cool. Refrigerate uneaten cookies.
