Ingredients
1(15-ounce) can Black beans
1(15-ounce) can Kidney beans
1(15-ounce) can Green beans
¼ cup Rice vinegar
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tsp. Sugar
¼ tsp. Dill weed
½ tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Minced garlic
Yield: 8 servings
Method:
1. Open the cans of beans and drain off any liquid. Combine all three kinds of beans in a large serving bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, sugar, dill, oregano and garlic. Mix well.
3. Pour over the beans and mix gently so that the beans are not smashed.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
