Ingredients 

1 1/4 cup sugar

1 stick butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cups cocoa powder

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Method

Beat sugar and butter until fluffy then beat in egg and vanilla. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. 

Stir into the butter mixture. Then chill for 30 minutes. Make 12 balls and press indentation with finger. 

Place peanut butter and jelly in the indentation.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
