Ingredients 

2 egg whites

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Beat sugar in gradually. Fold in remaining ingredients. 

Drop from a teaspoon on foil lined cookie sheets. Turn off oven before putting cookies in. 

Leave in oven overnight (Do not open oven door until morning).
