Strawberry Cupcakes Tagada Recipe preparation 15 minutes, Cuisines 16 minutes Difficult and Budget

Ingredients:
For 8 cupcakes
2œufs
60 g sugar
60 g flour
12 Strawberry Togada

For the cream
20dde cream
whipping
2 cull. tablespoons sugar
red dye
8 strawberries Tagada

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 oc (th. 6).

Remove the paper liners in muffin cups rigid.

Beat with electric mixer eggs and sugar for 10 minutes at high speed. The dough should double in volume and white.

Mix the flour with the diced strawberries Tagada. Stir gently with the previous preparation maryse so as not to back the foam.

Pour the batter into the trays and bake for 16 minutes. Cool the cupcakes on a wire rack.

Whip the cream with an electric mixer with the sugar until a cream, drop in half in a pastry bag while trying to flatten one side then color the rest and put it on the opposite side.

Garnish cupcakes and place a strawberry on top Tagada.
