Kona Truffles Recipe is a real chocolate flavor coated ¡n coconut. Sinfull.
Semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups 500 mL
Can of sweetened condensed milk 11 oz. 300 mL
Vanilla 1 tsp. 5 mL
Chopped walnuts 3/4 cup 175 mL
Medium coconut, plain or toasted 1 cup 250 mL
Melt chocolate chips in medium saucepan over hot water, or on low, stirring constantly, until smooth. Do not
Remove from heat Add condensed milk, vanilla and walnuts.
Stir well. Chill several hours or overnight. With greased hands, shape into 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls.
Roll in coconut to coat. Chill. Makes 48.
