Cream Cheese Frosting 2 Recipe is Very Yummy for and Wonderdful type of dessert. It makes enough to frost two 9" cakes, sides and all! The flavour is delicious and the consistency is perfect.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
Method:
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.
