Buffalo Blue Sandwich

Buffalo Blue Sandwich Recipe is a deli rotisserie chicken to make the flavor grilled chicken sandwich in a snap.

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: minutes, Serve: 8

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 (1-pound) loaf French bread
1/4 cup LAND O LAKES’ Butter, softened
1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
8 (3/4-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES Deli White American or Provolone Cheese, each cut in half

Method:
1. Combine shredded chicken, celery and buffalo wing sauce in medium bowl; set aside.

2. Cut 16 (1/2-inch) slices from French bread. (Use remaining bread as you wish.) Butter 1 side of each bread slice. Spread about 1 teaspoon salad
dressing onto other side of each bread slice.

3. Place 1 piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices; top with 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.

4. Heat 12inch skillet on medium heat. Place

sandwiches.
