1/2 cup green or black olive tapenade
3 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizontally
8 leaf lettuce leaves
8 ounces thinly sliced hard salami
8 (3/4-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES! Deli Provolone or American Cheese
8 tomato slices
8 olives, if desired
1. Combine tapenade and Italian salad dressing in small bowl. Spread cut-sides of bread with olive mixture.
2. Layer bottom half of bread with 4 lettuce leaves, salami, cheese, tomatoes and remaining 4 lettuce leaves.
3. Cover with top half of bread. Secure with toothpicks and olives, ¡f desired.
4. To serve, cut into 8 squares.
