Fried Noodles with vegetables and egg

Fried Noodles with vegetables and egg recipe is means of varied delights and varied taste experiences, combined with a passion for fresh food.

Serves 3 (Preparation time 20 minutes)

Ingredients:
150 g of frozen broccoli,
150 g Asian noodles,
2 spring onions,
1 carrot,
3 tablespoons THOMY pure sunflower oil,
1 bag of freshly fried noodles Maggi fix & Curry,
2 eggs

Method:
1. Thaw broccoli.

2. Asian egg noodles cook as directed on the package, cold and discouraged drain well.

3. Spring onions, wash and cut into rings. Carrot Peel, wash, peel and cut into slices.

4. In a pan THOMY Pure Sunflower Heat oil and spring onions and Fry carrot slices in it. Add broccoli and fry. Add noodles and mix well.

5. Maggi fix & freshly fried noodles Sprinkle with curry. Stir fry about 3 minutes. All the ingredients to the edge of the cup slide.

6. Mix the eggs, pour into the center of the pan and stir fry. Then the eggs with the Mix remaining ingredients.

Notes and Tips:
