Sour Peach Cocktail It was really sweet and lovley. Very easy to whip up for a party.Nice for Summer nad Outing Cocktail recipe.

Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

1/8 cup plus 2 tsp white rum

2 tsp maraschino

1 1/2 tbs Aperol

1 1/2 tbs freshly squeezed

lemon juice

1/3 cup peach nectar

1 dash strawberry syrup

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

I straw

Method

1. Combine rum, maraschino, Aperol, lemon juice, peach nectar, strawberry syrup, and 4 ice cubes in the shaker.

2. Place top on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

3. Strain shaker con tents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes. Serve with the straw.
