Singapore Sling Cocktails a fabulous and brilliant singapore sling, nice for Elegant paty cocktails.

Ingredients

MAKES 1 DRINK

1/*cup gin

¼ cup plus 2 tsp freshly

squeezed lemon juice

i1h tbs sugar syrup

(i.e. simple syrup)

Club soda for topping up

i’h tbs cherry brandy

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

2 straws

Method

1 Combine gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and 4 ice cubes in the shaker. Close and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. 

2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes.

3 Potira little club soda into the shaker, swirl it around briefly, and then strain it into the drink. 

4. Drizzle cherry brandy over the top. Servc with the straws.
