Pisco Yellow Cocktail

Pisco Yellow Cocktail I made this with limes as I had a huge glut of them. The cordial was delicious. Next time I would use a little less sugar as my limes were already quite sweet. Nice and Finely Tart Fruity Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients 
MAKES 1 DRINK
1/8 cup plus 2 tsp pisco
1 1/2 tbs pineapple juice
1 1/2 tbs grapefruit juice
1 1/2 tbs Rose’s Lime Juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
(i.e. simple syrup)
1 dash freshly squeezed
lemon juice

Plus:
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Bar strainer
Martini glass (4 oz)
1 straw

Method 
1 Combine pisco pineapple juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, lemon juice and 4 ¡cc cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

2 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass over 3 ice cubes and serve with the straw.

Variations 
Non-alcoholic: Combine 1,4 cup plus 2 teaspoons orange juice, 4 teaspoons grapefruit juice, 4 teaspoons pineapple juice, 2 teaspoons Lemon juice, and 3 ice cubes in a collins glass and stir. Top up with ginger ale.
