Ingredients
MAKES I DRINK
2 sprigs lemon balm
1½ tbs cachaça
1½ tbs freshly
squeezed lemon
1/2 tsp sugar
I slice lemon
Lemon soda (e.g. lup)
for topping up
2 dashes raspberry syrup
Plus:
Crushed Ice
Muddler
Rocks glass (5 oz)
I straw
Method
1 Rinse lemon balm and pinch off leaves.
2 Place leaves. cachaça, lemon juice, and sugar in the rocks glass and crush slightly with the muddler.
3 Place lemon slice in the glass and fill up with crushed ice.
Pour on lemon soda, splash raspberry syrup on top, and serve with the straw.
