Limerol Cocktail is to make it a cocktail Susy . Just mash the whole container of watermelon. Absolutely delicious. Very tart and sweet

Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

‘hUme

2 tsp brown sugar

‘4 lb watermelon

‘,4 cup Aperol

Ice-cold, dry sparkling

wine for topping up

Plus:

Crushed ice

Muddler

Blender

Collins glass (8 oz)

I straw

Method 

1 Rinse lime under hot water, cut into small pieces, and place in the collins glass.

2. Sprinkle sugar on top and crush lime thoroughly with the muddler.

3. Remove seeds from water melon and dice finely. 

4. Place Aperol and watermelon in the blender and blend until the melon ¡s completely puréed.

5  Fill collins glass about Y3 full with crushed ice. Pour on melon mixture and stir well. 

6. Top up with sparkling wine and serve with the straw.
