Ingredients
MAKES I DRINK
2 tsp passion fruit syrup
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/8 cup plus 2 tsp green
Chartreuse (herb liqueur)
1 1/2 tbs vermouth blanco
(e.g. Martini Blanco)
1 dash blue curaçao
Plus:
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Bar strainer
Rocks glass (5 oz)
1 straw
Method
1 Combine passion fruit syrup, pineapple juice, Chartreuse, vermouth, and 4 ice cubes in the shaker.
2 Place top on shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
3 Strain shaker contents into the rocks glass, drizzle with blue curaçao for decoration, and serve with the straw.
