Green Vamp Cocktail It was fabulous! Maybe a splash of cointreau would have made the difference in taste. Nice Bitter and Sour Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.
Ingredients
MAKES I DRINK
2 tsp absinthe (55% vol)
1½ tbs blue curaƧao
1/4 cup orange juice
1½ tbs freshly squeezed
lemon Juice
1½ tbs Rose’s Lime Juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
(i.e. simple syrup)
Forthe garnish:
I orange slice
Plus:
Ice cubes
Cocktail shaker
Bar strainer
Collins glass (8 oz)
I straw
Method
1 For the garnish, cut a slit hallway through an orange si ice and place on the rim of the collins glass.
2 Combine all the ingredients and 4 ice cubes in the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
3 Strain shaker contents into the prepared collins glass over an additional 3 ice cubes and serve with the straw
