Golden Grape Cocktail I just harder it for an hour before serving. I just refroze what was left over. really refreshing and delicious Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

8 small seedless

purple grapes

1 1/2 tbs cognac

1/8 cup yellow Chartreuse

(herb liqueur)

1 1/2 tbs white grape juice

Club soda for topping up

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

Method 

1 Rinse grapes, cut ¡n half, and place in the collins glass with 3 ice cubes.

2 Combine cognac, Chartreuse, lemon juice, grape juice and 4 ice cubes ¡n the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. 

3 Strain shaker contents into the collins glass and top up with club soda.
