Gin Fizz Cocktail is a beautiful drink easy to make and drink I use dash club soda, nice and pretty elegant.

Ingredients

MAKES I DRINK

1/kcupgin

1h cup plus 2tsp freshly

squeezed lemon juice

1’/ tbs sugar syrup

(i.e. simple syrup)

1 tsp sugar

1 dash club soda

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Collins glass (8 oz)

Method 

1. Combine gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, sugar and 4 ice cubes ¡n the shaker, close, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.

2  Strain into the collins glass over 3 - 4 ice cubes. Top up with club soda.

Variations 

If you want to take this drink in a different flavor direction, replace the gin with white rum, bou rbon, whiskey, or vodka.
