Cosmopolitan Cocktail It was fabulous! Maybe a splash of cointreau would have made the difference in taste. We would definately recommend to shake longer with more ice if it was summer to ensure it is well chilled. Great luxury elegant Hotel Restaurant Cocktail.

Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

1 1/8 cupplus2tspvodka

1 1/2 tbs orange tiqueur

(e.g. Cointreau)

1½ tbs cranberry nectar

1½ tbs freshly squeezed

lime juice

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Martini glass (4 oz)

Method 

1 Combine vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry nectar, lime juice, and 4 ice cubes in the shaker.

2 Close shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 sec onds. Strain shaker contents into the martini glass.

Variations 

Non-alcoholic: Combine 4 teaspoons cherry nectar, 4 teaspoons cranberry nectar, 4 teaspoons lime juice, and stir. 

Pour into a glass over 3 ice cubes and top up with ginger ale.
