Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

1/2 fresh, ripe peach

1 dash grenadine syrup

Ice-cold, dry sparkling wine

for topping up

Plus:

Blender

Champagne flute (2—3 oz)

Method

1 Rinse peach half, wipe dry, and peel carefully with a vegetable peeler. Cut into wedges.

2 Combine peach pieces and grenadine in the blender and pur& finely. 

3 Pour peach purée into the champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine.
