Americano Cocktails is absolutely delicious and refreshing cocktails, it is classic and Aperitif.

Ingredients 

MAKES 1 DRINK

¼cupCampari

% cup vermouth rosso

(e.g. Martini Rosso)

2—4 tsp club soda

I piece orange peel

. Plus:

Ice cubes

Liqueur glass (2—3 oz)

Method 

1 Place 3 ice cubes in the liqueur glass and pour on Campari and vermouth. Top up with club soda.

2  Squeeze orange peel over the drink so that the essential oils drip into the glass. 

Variation: Use a larger glass (5 oz) and add 14 cup gin to the ingredients to make a Negroni. another classic aperitif.
