Ingredients 

MAKES I DRINK

1 1/2tbs anisette

(e.g. Ricard)

1/2 tbs brandy

(e.g. Veterano)

1 1/2 tbs freshly squeezed

lime juice

1 1/2 tbs sugar syrup

(i.e. simple syrup)

Plus:

Ice cubes

Cocktail shaker

Bar strainer

Martini gLass (4 oz)

Method 

1 Combine anisette, brandy, lime juice sugar syrup. and 4 ice cubes in the shaker.

2 Close shaker and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds. 

3 Strain shaker contents into the martini glass.
