How to make TacoSoup
Prep

1 small yellow onion diced
1 small green pepper diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 packet taco seasoning
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. onion powder
A pinch of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. tomatoes & chiles
1 c. prepared salsa
10 oz. black beans
2 c. chicken broth or water

1. Spray a saucepan liberally with nonstick
cooking spray and place it
over medium heat to become HOT. Cook until the onion and green
pepper are tender, approximately 3 minutes. Cook for another minute
or two after adding the garlic.

3. Mix in the tomatoes and chilies, salsa, and
black beans. Add broth

4. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and
allow it to come to a boil; then, turn off the heat and let it aside
for a few minutes before serving in bowls with selected toppings!
