No-Bake Peanut Butter Protein Bites and Dark Chocolate

Serves1

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup vanilla protein powder
¾ cup smooth natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¾ teaspoons stevia baking blend
1 tablespoon water

1. Take a bowl and mix the oats, protein powder, peanut butter,
flaxseed, chia seeds, vanilla, chocolate chips, stevia and water.

2. Let it cool for 30 minutes.

3. Make 25 balls with the mixture, eat and enjoy.
