Lemon Mint Cucumber Infused Water

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: Overnight to chill | Serves1

¼ cup fresh mint leaves
½ lemon, sliced
2 cucumbers, sliced

1. Add all the ingredients in a Mason jar and, using a spoon, crush
them slightly to squeeze out some juice.

2. Fill the jar with water.

3. Cover and put it in the fridge overnight.
