1. Heat the oven to 350°F gas mark 4. Coat a

2. In a large-sized mixing bowl, add the hazelnut
flour, vanilla protein
powder, whipped butter, hazelnut extract, baking powder, fine can
sugar, stevia sweetener, and fine sea salt. Mix well until incorporated.

3. Scoop 8 individual tbsp full of the mixture
onto the baking sheet leaving space in between each cookie. Using a
flat bottom glass, flatten the cookie dough slightly into circles.
4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden
brown.
5. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
