4 ounces ham or Canadian bacon, cut into ¼-inch cubes
1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
Freshly ground black pepper
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

1. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat,
heat the oil.
2. Add the peas, ham and chicken broth and bring
to a boil. Cook for
about 10 minutes, or until the peas are very soft. Remove from the
