Cool-as-a-Cucumber Water

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 35 minutes | Makes 8 cups

8 cups water
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
2 fresh mint sprigs

1.In a 2¼-quart pitcher, combine the water, lemon, lime, cucumber, and mint. Muddle, if desired.

2.Chill for 30 minutes before drinking, or for best flavor, overnight.
