Cheesy Grits

How to make CheesyGrits

Prep Time: 10 minutes|Cook Time: 10 minutes|Serves: 1

1 cup grits, uncooked
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup half and half

1. Prepare grits according to package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the
cheese.

3. When grits are almost done, stir 3 tablespoons of the hot grits into
the egg mixture.

4. Add the egg mixture to the grits that are cooking; whisk the egg
mixture into the grits until smooth.

5. Add half of the milk; continue whisking until grits are of desired
consistency.
