Blueberry And Spinach Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 minutes |Cook Time: 2 minutes |Serves: 4

2 cups blueberries
3 cups chopped fresh spinach
½ cup chopped fresh coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
1-inch fresh ginger, grated
2 cups water

1. Put all the ingredients in the blender, pulse for 2 minutes or until
smooth.

2. Serve immediately.
