Filipino Beef Stew

The Filipino Beef Stew Recipe Been wanting to try my new slow cooker and this was really easy to make and I had most of the ingredients already in my kitchen. I added frozen peas the last hour for color and texture.

Serve: 1

Ingredients:
1 1/2 poundsStew meat
1/4 cupFlour
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 cupsBeef broth
1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1 cloveGarlic
1 Bay leaf
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
3 Carrots
3 Potatoes
1 Onion
1 stalkCelery
2 teaspoonsKitchen Bouquet

Method:
Place meat in crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.

Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. (High: 4-5 hours). Stir stew thorougly before serving.
