Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie Recipe Very easy and quick and not all that bad. A little dry for my taste. That could have been due to cooking it a little longer than needed. All in all a great tasting dinner and very easy.

Ingredients:
1/2 cmilk
1 cOriginal Bisquick mix
2 chicken breasts; cut-up cooked
1 2/3 cupGreen Giant frozen mixed vegetables
1 10.75-oz cancondensed cream of chicken soup

Method:
Heat oven to 400 F. Mix vegetables, chicken and soup in ungreased glass pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches.

Stir together remaining ingredients (bisquick and milk) with fork until blended. Pour over chicken mixture..

Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
