Ingredients:
For 12 cupcakes
• 1 plain yogurt
• 3 eggs
• 200 g sugar
• 240 g flour
• 1 tsp. Coffee baking powder
• 5 ounces of sunflower oil
• 100 g chocolate chips
For the cream
• 100 g milk chocolate
• 1 teaspoon, tablespoon sunflower oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 oc (th. 6).
Place paper liners in muffin cups rigid.
Vigorously whisk the yogurt with the eggs and add sugar and beat again.
Mix flour with baking powder, stir-in the half, add oil and remaining flour.
Add chocolate chips, mix well and divide the batter into the boxes (three-quarters of the height).
Bake for 20 minutes, the cupcakes must be golden. Turn out and cool on wire rack.
Chop the milk chocolate and melt it in the microwave (two times 30 seconds), mixing well between each session. Add oil and mix again to get chocolate is smooth and shiny.
Post a teaspoon, coffee chocolate on each cupcake. Spread the chocolate with the back a spoon and decorate as desired.
