Pumpkin Chip Cake

Pumpkin Chip Cake Recipe is moist with a pumpkin flavor. Almost the texture of a pound cake.

Ingredients:
4 Large eggs
2 500ml cups Granulated sugar
14 oz 398ml Can of pumpkin (without spices)
3/4 175 ml cup Cooking oil
2 cups 500 ml All-purpose flour
2 tsp 10 ml Baking powder
1 tsp 5 ml Baking soda
2 tsp 10 ml Ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp 4 ml Salt
1/4 cup 60 ml Cocoa, sifted
1 cup 250 ml Semisweet chocolate chips
Chocolate Whipped Topping,

Method:
Beat eggs until frothy Beat in sugarb Add pumpkin and cooking oil. Beat.

Stir next 6 ingredients in separate bowl. Add and mix until moistened. Spoon 1/2 batter into greased and floured 10 inch (25 cm) angel food tube pan or bundt pan

Sprinkle with half of chocolate chips. Spoon remaining batter over top. Sprinkle with second 1/2 chocolate chips.

Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven for about 65 to 70 minutes. A wooden pick inserted ¡n center should come out clean.

Let stand for 30 minutes before turning out on rack to cool.

Spread with topping. Cuts into 16 wedges.
