Ingredients:
7 oz fresh squid (calamari)
18 oz fresh shrimp
2 oz oysters
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
5 oz scallions (chopped into 1-inch pieces)
2 tsp vegetable oil
Dipping Sauce:
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Korean chili pepper powder
2 tsp sesame seeds
Method:
Clean all seafood and slice thin. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and eggs. Mix the ingredients in a massaging motion.
Add the shrimp, squid, and salt. Add these ingredients to the batter and mix well. Add the oysters and scallions and mix.
Over a medium flame, heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan. When the pan is heated, spread the batter, thinly covering the whole pan. Heat until egg is cooked.
Continue this step until all batter is used.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
