Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Salt and pepper
Method:
Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl; mix well.
Stir in the green onions and blue cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Notes and Tips:
Stir in 1⁄3 cup milk to thin the dip for use as a salad dressing.
