Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 large white onion, diced
2 Hungarian sausages, sliced
1/4 kilo boiled chicken breast fillet or
thigh fillet, cubed
1 medium size green bell pepper, diced
1 medium size red bell pepper, diced
2 200-gram packs tomato sauce
2 chicken seasoning cubes
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground pepper
salt, to taste
6 cups cooked long grain rice
Method:
Heat butter and olive oil n a large pot. Acid garlic and sauté until light golden. Add onions and cook until limp.
Stir in sausage slices, chicken breast and peppers. Pour in tomato sauce; season with chiclen cubes, pepper and salt.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked rice, mixing well until sauce is evenly distributed. Serve hot.
