Ingredients:
1⁄2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
11⁄2 cups all- purpose fl our
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup sliced pears
1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease two 9 × 5- inch loaf pans.
2. Combine the sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl. Beat well using a mixer. Add the oil; mix well.
3. Combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a separate bowl; mix well. Add to the egg mixture; mix well. Stir in the carrots, pears, and walnuts.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
