Ingredients 

1 cup butter

1 pkg cream cheese

11/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 t vanilla

2 cups flour

1 t baking powder

1/2 t baking soda

1/4 t salt

1/4 cup milk

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

1 t cinnamon

Method 

In mixing bowl: combine; butter, cream cheese, 1-1/4 cups sugar. 

Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine; flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. 

Stir in chocolate chips. Pour in 9” pan. Combine pecans, cinnamon and remaining sugar, sprinkle over batter. 

Bake: 350 degrees, for 50-55 min.
