Ingredients
Graham cracker crust:
2 sticks butter, melted
2 packs cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
½ cup of sugar
Mix butter, graham crackers and sugar and pat into the bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cookie Filling
2 sticks butter, softened
1 & ½ cups of sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 & ½ cups of flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 bag chocolate chips or M&M’s
½ bag miniature marshmallows
Method
Combine butter and sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add flour and baking powder, mixing thoroughly.
Mix in chocolate chips or M&M’s and marshmallows.
Spread over baked graham cracker crust and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Caramel and chocolate topping
20-30 caramels
½ bag chocolate chips
Milk
Put caramels and chocolate chips in separate microwaveable bowls. Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time until allare melted. Add milk as necessary for thinner caramel or chocolate.Drizzle over cookies. Cut, serve and enjoy!
