Ingredients

Serves 4 to 6

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon powdered

cardamom (or 3 cardamom pods)

2 to 4 tablespoons sugar

160 grams bittersweet chocolate,

chopped

Method 

In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, cardamom and sugar. 

Bring to a boil, (If using cardamom pods, steep mixture for at least 15 minutes then strain the seeds out.)

Stir in chocolate until thoroughly blended and smooth. Strain then pour into cups.
