Cacik

Cacik is a nice filling with a cucumber, tasty and feeling. i appreciate cacik recipe.

Ingredients 
For 4 servings
500 g quark
1 cucumber
3 onions
3 garlic cloves
175 g feta cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper
10 fresh mint leaves or spinach

Method
